Keeping and caring for eye health – Have a sense of vision or eye is healthy, beautiful and normal would be the desire of every person. And if it is true it has certainly would be a blessing and grace of its own for its owner. Because everyone naturally would not want their organs is impaired and problems.

But if the sense of vision you have already experienced the problem, which requires you to use the glasses or the contact lenses to help your eyesight, then you should try to handle in order to that kind of disorder does not get worse. Well, here are some tips that are keeping and caring for eye health of your eyes, so that your eyes stay healthy, or so that the eyes already have disturbed their function is not getting worse, as described below:

1. Promoting the use of good lighting and enough its intensity when you are in the reading activities. It also sought a position in line with the position of irradiating the body so it does not appear shadows, so that you will not interfere with or shut by the shadow objects when you read.

Thus, your eyes will be more flexible and not too close as enjoying the many variations of the object.

5. You should consume foods that contain omega-3, lutein and vitamin A on a regular basis so that the health of your eyes become more awake.

6. Consuming water in sufficient quantities so that the water content in the body can be maintained, thus automatically the need for the eye organ fluid will be fulfilled anyway.

7. For those of you who do a lot of daily activities or working in front of the screen, you should rest your eyes every 20 minutes. Then, you turn your view to look at other objects within 20 feet of you and with duration of 20 minutes you did observations on the object.

So a few tips to keep and maintain your eyes may benefit you. So you have to remember that you are keeping and caring for eye health.
